A Movement Awareness Workshop

With playfulness, we let ourselves go and melt the barriers that block us from feeling connection with ourselves and the Divine within us.
• Connect with the ‘Rhythms of the Universe’ and let yourself melt into the flow
• Learn how to “move from the center” where you can access the inexhaustible creative source that is your true nature.
• Feel your Vital Spark and let it move through you.
• Discover and ENJOY your own authentic expression in movement
…and then experience the childlike bliss of pouring your movement into painting.
Absolutley NO dance experience or ability is required.
This 3 days workshop begins with a Friday evening orientation and ends before lunch on Sunday
