- 8:30pm Friday – Kirtan and Gospel singing with Philippo and Daniela (and friends) – 10€ requested donation
- 10:30am Saturday – group intro circle. Toning, Mantra Daniela leads Vinyasa yoga with live music by Philippo
- 1:30 – 3pm – LUNCH
- 3:30 – 5pm – Nada Yoga theory and practice, Mudras, and invocation Saturday eve – Daniela Dance performance/Bharata Natyam
- Sunday – 10:30am – 1:30pm – Indian Dance with Daniela
Cost:
90-100€ for the whole weekend , 45€ for Saturday, 35€ for Sunday , or 10€ for Friday’s concert
Program Instructors:
Daniela RivaDancer, Indian Dance teacher and Yoga Instructor
Daniela Riva is the foremost teacher of Bharata Natyam in Europe, having studied extensively for over ten years in India at the prestigious Kalakshestra Academy of Fine Arts in Chennai as well as the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandir in Tamil Nadu. Her teachers blessed her and appointed her to begin sharing this ancient dance of the Sacred Feminine, and since then she has been performing and teaching in Europe and India and California to hundreds of students. Following traditional Yogic and Ayurvedic principles, she guides her students to open to the awareness and beauty of their body temple and discover the inner power of transformation encoded in this ancient sacred art.
Daniela lives in Italy and sometimes Spain, and follows the Bhakti Spirit with grace, vibrant joy and devotion.
Philippo Franchini, the Musical Alchemist, is a world-renowned musician and composer who is pioneering the introduction of Nada Yoga and its healing power to the West. He performs and teaches widely in America and Europe. As a yogi himself, Philippo has combined his knowledge of Nada Yoga, his own meditations, and his extensive musicianship to create his newest album, RESONATE -the Kirtan Call, richly blending world rhythms, gospel and sanskrit mantras. Philippo has been an artist and teacher at Bhakti Fest, Bliss Beat Festival, Esalen Institute, Kripalu Center and Milan Yoga Festival. He is very happy to be returning to Ananda and collaborating with Daniela Riva.
