Moving meditations, guided visualization, somatic exploration, creative play with chalk and oil pastel, and even a little theater play are vehicles for entering into a vibrant flow of high-frequency creativity. Your brain synchronizes into ‘whole brain’ capacity and your heart opens into ‘whole soul’ reality. Through these simple yet powerful techniques,  you will be able to literally channel inspiration on demand.

Dana Lynne Andersen is a multi-modality artist with a Master’s Degree in Consciousness Studies (JFKU). A pioneer in the field of Art & Consciousness, she is now the Director of The Academy of Art, Creativity & Consciousness where she offers a certification in Transformative Arts, using art and creative process as vehicles for personal and collective awakening. Dana has taught and exhibited on three continents.
