With playfulness, we let ourselves go and melt the barriers that block us from feeling connection with ourselves and the Divine within us.

Discover and ENJOY your own authentic expression in movement…and then experience the childlike bliss of pouring your movement into painting.

Absolutely NO dance experience or ability is required. 


This 3 days workshop begins with a Friday evening orientation and ends at 11:30 am on Sunday for those who wish to attend the Festival of Light Service.
