About the Course
This will be an immersion into the work of Byron Katie in the beautiful Umbrian Hills, close by Assisi (home of St Francis), staying full board at the spiritual community of Ananda.
A chance to sink deep within, soaking up the sacred atmosphere of Ananda. A gentle unravelling through inquiry, meditation and movement. There will also be an opportunity to spend a day in Assisi following the footsteps of St Francis.
Course will be in English, translation via headphones will be available in Italian and German

There will be morning walks, Popcorns, working in pairs and triads, the living turnaround—making amends, working with four questions and three turnarounds as a path to inner freedom.

About the Instructor
Leon is a long term meditator, starting his journey in the mid 80s, he teaches Yoga and Philosophy and is the founder of the Yogaananda Holistic centre in the UK, www.yogaananda.co.uk, he came to The Work in 2008 when he found that this method of inquiry was the missing link he had been looking for, the perfect tool for clearing the mind.
