A creative writing workshop with Stefano Pelli
In a welcoming and judgment-free environment, you can experience the joy of writing for yourself, and for others.
Expressive writing allows you to give a voice to your emotions, thus contributing to your Well-Being.
You do not need to “know” how to write. Performance is not important, but only your wish to get involved. If writing is already an important expressive tool in your life, this workshop will rekindle and strengthen your creative spark. Writing is a simple way, accessible to everyone, to welcome, to know and to integrate one’s personality. It is a way to harmonize the “instrument” through which our spiritual nature can better resonate. A notebook and a pen is all we need to realign with our Self, with our deepest essence.
Dive Deep
Through exercises, and writing games shared in a group, you will discover profound aspects of your Being. Diving into the depths of your life, playing with past memory and the present moment, you will learn how to put them both in service of the future.

The Teacher
Stefano Pelli is a psychologist who has been practicing meditation for many years. He leads bio-psycho-spiritual growth groups and writes articles in the international magazine “Psychosisthesis”. Recently, he published his first novel, entitled style=”font-size: medium;”>Ascending the Pendulum; Adolescence in the “Lead-years” and in the“Golden Age” (Effigi edizioni, 2018).
Since 2015 he has been attending the Ananda Community, as he appreciates their inclusive vision, always open to new connections and experiences. After participating in Ananda’s courses and meditation sessions, he felt drawn to collaborate with the Academy of Art, Creativity and Consciousness. The creative and joyous encounter with the Director, Dana Lynne Andersen, and Panna Maestrini, one of the certified teachers, gave birth to this workshop.
