Art as Meditation Retreat Weekend

Creative expression can be a spiritual practice.  We learn to be childlike, ‘seeking first the kingdom of God’ and trusting the process. We become present in the moment, relinquishing attachment to results and ‘surrendering the fruits of our actions’.  In this zone of high vibration creative flow we access superconscious states of expanded awareness. We re-connect with ourselves and our SOURCE within.

Creative process is transformative.  Raw emotions are refined into calm intuitive perception and we connect deeply with our own Soul’s wisdom.  Through this inner alchemy we cultivate our capacity for deep inner attunement.  We feel the presence of God more vividly and open our inner aperture so that Divine Energies can flow more freely.
